CT callsign please (Issued)

Took a fair while writing a long bit about me, then hit preview, logged in, and lost the post

So here's a condensed version.

First used 'illegal' CB in 1978.

Tried the disappointing UK FM CB in 1981.

Passed my RAE in Dec 1983 and assigned a G1 callsign. Only interested in VHF/UHF SSB and SSTV propagation so didn't bother with Morse.

Due to life getting in the way, I let my G1 lapse in the mid nineties.

Moved from the UK to France in 2004.

Now applied to OFCOM for my G1 to be restored (with a view to gaining a reciprocal French licence)

Recently bought a fully expanded President Lincoln 2 +.

Please can I have a CT callsign.

Thanks John and Gary. My original post was fairly long and humorous about being busted in 1979 by Mr B, the Ipswich area Post Office radio interference investigator, who years later interviewed me for a job at BT, at which I was successful and had an enjoyable career as an exchange engineer. But the post disappeared when I forgot to copy before re-logging in. Hopefully on the air when my President Lincoln is delivered by GLS from Belgium next week.
