Hello thanks for letting me join, just getting setup with a new to me lincoln ii, not been on air for some 35+ years and remember having a setup with some antenna spread across the loft. Can't remember the rig I had but it worked great. Maybe I have jumped in at the deep end with this president lincoln but I'm getting my head around it all, doesn't seem to have the UK 40 channels aligned with the correct frequencies but I can still get them. Antenna wise I can't have an outdoor mounted one at the moment but I will be doing mobile mostly from my van at various places I go camping or visiting, so I went for a sirio pl145 with mag mount. Looking forward to making some contacts.

Hello Rob, welcome to the forum & back to the hobby.
The lincoln 2 isn't strictly a C.B. radio it was designed as a amateur radio for the 10 & 12 meter bands hence the channel issue. Nevertheless enjoy the rig it's a cracking radio.
73's Gary.
