| I've used QRZ.com to log my contacts till now, manually writing things down and then entering them.
I'm going to start using my laptop for rig control (450D) and subsequently digital modes etc. I would like to know what other operators use to log their contacts. I would like to be able to keep a 'local' copy that I can obviously keep for historical purposes, as well as an online version (QRZ?). What software can I run on my laptop that I can do this with? I presume I would need to do an export to upload to QRZ?
I'm also looking for other stations to acknowledge the QSO.
I would also like to start using QSL cards, but I am not a member of any organisation, so how does one do this? Can it be done electronically via the Internet?
Any help appreciated. | |

| I use N1MM Logger + on laptop and upload to QRZ and Clublog , for QSL I use EQSLcc this suits me but I'm just in it for fun if your serious about collecting confirmed DXCC or cards you should look at LoTW.(log book of the world) 73

| Hello Tim. A lot to consider on those subjects. 1st item Electronic qsl'ing is getting popular. most use this https://www.eqsl.cc/QSLCard/Index.cfm
Paper qsl if not part of the RSGB will have to go direct. Logging programs are many in number, some others will get mentioned on here but this will do a lot and is popular. https://www.log4om.com/ And or this one. http://www.winlog32.co.uk/
Hope this is of help. 73, Mark.
