Hi Roboed I too have difficult operating conditions here in that not allowed external antenna so have to make do with a Dipole in the loft. This morning I was literally buzzing, I had my first overseas contact (using my recently awarded callsign - thanks Gary) - Bologna Italy, rapidly followed by South East France then Leipzig Germany. All on 8 watts. I nearly fell out of my chair with disbelief when they came back with my callsign as I reached for the pen & log book. If today is anything to go by its going to be a great summer for skip.
Stay safe 73's Dale (Templar) 26-CT-3550

I love stories like these! I've got a t2lt on a flagpole, and made my first Qso a few days ago. I was so excited! It is certainly a real buzz! Good luck for future contacts! 73's
