| Hi Folks.
My name is Simon aka 26CT003......
Ive been lost somewhere in space coming over from the old forum, pressed a button and that was the end of that.....then COVID19 arrived and FGS!
Anyway I randomly keept pressing buttons and by chance I landed here today.
Currently running Yaesu gear indoors and after hearing distant voices on the 19 over the last few days Ive been considering putting a vertical up.
Ive got a vertical pole up for my UHF antenna and pondering over whether if I somehow fit a horizontal bar to that and then attach a HF antenna one side and my UHF the other?
Reason being is I don't fancy bolting another two K brackets on the wall and ANOTHER antenna mast.
Anyway will be good to see who is about thats new and if any old names are still floating about.
Moved out to North Somerset from Essex & Surrey three years back and now live just outside Weston super Mare, if your a local CBer give me a shout
