| i started on cb a few years before it was legalised which was the death of it back then. i got back into it about 5 years ago when i started 4x4 off-road and greenlaning. i got a midland alan 42 multi which is nice and compact and not a bad bit of kit. i am now considering getting a ham licence. recently bought a cat ss9900 and a siro 4000 aerial on a mag mount. also got a baofeng uv-5r.
i would like a CT call sign if admin are reading please.

Reading the ticker tape banner on the homepage it looks like there is a backlog for CT to complete after they have updated the members section. I would expect a few weeks wait as its all appears to be done voluntary basis.
Just thought I would point that out, in case you missed it.
