Hi everybody, After a few years (probably about 20 odd) I've crept back to CB, currently my son and I are working towards our foundation liscence, but in the interim we've both got ourselves a CB each, my son is 13 and hes taking to the radio world im keen to allow him to grow in this, so he'll probably be making an appearance soon on here:-)

Nice intro, good to hear a Father and Son radio interest It's a family friendly group with emphasis as such on the forum rules so your son is very welcome to join up too. Good luck with the Foundation studies and enjoy your CB radio.
Would you be able to fill out your name and nearest town or city as your QTH in your profile. Just that it's a requirement for callsign allocation. Thanks.

I had a quick look last night but had a problem finding where I can access my profile to make the additions, any ideas ? It may be different on my phone so I'll access the site from my work pc... No worries, all looking good on your profile so ready to go (Got to admit, the 'reduced for phone' version of the site isn't the easiest to navigate so understandable.)
Be assured your son will get the same warm welcome and friendly help as we give everyone.
Our Mr Gary Wilson should be along later to issue your call sign so hold on for a little while longer. (He does a stellar job and might I add, completely voluntarily....just like the rest of the CT team )
