As a new CT member, haven't used by 26-CT-3990 callsign yet. Should I use the whole callsign? or can I just use CT-3990? Thanks.

Hello Ozzie,
If you are DXing I would use the whole call-sign as it tells other stations which country you are in. If you are just chatting locally you can drop the division and just use the rest of the call.
