Is that VHF beam really as close to the vertical pole as it looks? Without something to stand it off that pole, does it not knock it's performance to hell. Especially if that mounting pole is not insulated & at earth potential.

Sweet mast.... Made a couple of changes to mine now running the vhf/uhf horizontal and have replaced the small 4 element sirio beam 10/11m antenna with a much larger 3 element jaybeam tb3
