| hi ,from what I read the 450d has a bigger VFO knob and lift stand then the 450at.i use the 450d not a bad radio if the right price. regards mark ct3433 | |

| The original FT450 had no tuner. The FT450at did have a tuner. Both of these models were available at the same time. The 450d has been improved with narrower cw filter and back lit buttons and i think there is also a message record board fitted. | |

| Also the D version has illuminated buttons , different mic and maybe a extra CW filterÂ
Both great rigs which are completely bomb proofÂ
