Thanks John, I am an old school cb'er from the pre 27/81 fm days and have never been without a radio since 1978 on am/fm and ssb. I currently run an intek hr5500 and my old superstar 360 straight through a basic mobile antenna and enjoy listening to the current propagation! looking forward to a CT no so I can start to dx again once I improve my antenna situation. 73's for now Bert

Hi Bert. Welcome to the forum. If the skip rolls again like it has the last couple of nights I'd give a call out on what ever antenna you've got at the moment. You have got a good chance to break in to someone. There were a number of mobile stations in N. Ireland and Newcastle that made it well down south to me last night
