Great pictures Craig and a very big well done to everyone that helped organise and attended the event.
A big thanks to all members that posted pictures, wrote on the forum and Facebook page, reported radio contact and even indeed post a great video of a QSO with you guys there at the Bash. Truly awesome for those of us that for whatever reason were unable to attend but were very much there in spirit.
Awesome stuff!

And we did indeed make a good contact with our friend Zolee in 109 Div shortly after the video was shot. (Zolee has posted his own video on the site of the contact)

Next Years Buxton Bash will have a new Antenna. As I write this post, it is 90% finished and will be tested at the end of the month. And next years Antenna is.................................................................................... A 6 element Quad, 34foot boom.9.7dbd gain. I think that should be good for HELLO to Zolee. I am looking forward to it already.
Photos will appear after testing early into Sept.
