Hi My name is Ian I live in Birmingham in a small town called Tipton My history with radio is going back in the 80s I had my first home base and side band Tristar777 nice radio In 20044 I past my foundation ham license But I think you always go back to your radio days so I bought a SS-6900-N and I love it

I recently went on 27.555 my antenna is a Venom silver rod its up about 8 feet of the ground level and I made contact with a user in brecon beacons I was so chuffed brought back a lot of memories of when I used 11 meters So I am pleased with my new radio ss6900n great little radio
