crt ss6900 n on cb want to put on 10 meters

hi how can i put back on 10 meter that is on 11 meters a crt ss 6900 n by the controls on this rig thanks for looking paul

If you want factory default, the following is from the Manual.


RESET FUNCTION (Resume Factory Default)
This CB Radio introduces RESET FUNCTION to prevent accidents
and provide a solution for customers who changed some functions
unconsciously and do not know how to resume normal settings. The CB
Radio will resume factory default once this function is activated.
How to Operate:
Step 1: Power off the radio.
Step 2: Press and hold FUNC and SCAN keys at the same time,
followed by powering on the radio.
Step3: Release the two keys when LCD displays "RES".
All former settings would be replaced by Factory Default value when
LCD displays "REND" .
WARNING: All former settings would be replaced by Factory Default
value after operating the RESET FUNCTION

I have DAT files with The usual L M H SH UK40 AND 10M if you need it.

Hi to all , as i am new to CT would like to thank all for the good welcome i have recieved , i would like to ask a question , as i would like to purchase a 6900 here in Italy ,as we dont have UK channels ,and  would like to add them , as i have read some bit , the radio has 2 bands , can you add a third band , over here the radio has a decent price new from the shop ,and also has lots of good reviews ,thanks in advance ,73s to all ,nik555

Hi Nicolo. In short the radio comes supplied just for 10m or comes in Export mode. You can change between those two setups easily (there are guides / videos on the net).

When it is in Export mode you can program the UK channels (or any other channels) using a lead connected to a computer. Sgt Bilko has helped members on here supply programming files for these which include UK channels previously. You should be able to find if you look for posts by him

As Neal say's with the cable you can program any channels you want.
Not sure on this model but some will hold 60 channels per bank.

Thanks Neal and Alan , yes i have bought the radio and should arrive monday,the seller says it comes programmed with 10m and 11m so 2bands , they also say that you have to buy a cable to program other frequencies ,i will look up other posts of Sgt Bilko ,so just have to wait for monday,73s to all and thanks,nik555.

Unfortunately not Paul. The lowest I have got it to accept is 25.610.

Is there any way to copy and paste  frequencies into the CRT software like I could on my old Yeasu scanner software or move frequencies about in blocks  it seems you have to type everything in twice because the receive and TX columns are separate and if you make a mistake in the sequence like I did I have to alter everything after that one at a time . it seems the original set up has the 10m band set up in increments of 5Khz
