Hi everyone My name is John and I am a new member on this forum. I live in Kirkintilloch just outside of glasgow. I am 60 years young. I am trying to get back into my rigs again I have just purchased a ss 6900n. Haven’t even set it up so don’t even no how it is going to work out. But it will do for starting all over again. I was on the air many years ago. I missed the good auld days when the air waves was busy. But I fell away from the air waves when my rig went on fire and I never replaced it. So I would love to give it a go again to see how I get on or not . My other hobbies are, darts, fishing, my best one has to be my hunting skills. But I am looking forward to coming back on the airwaves . I would love to take this opportunity to say to all. Thanks for having me. John1210

Hi John,
I am also new to this forum and I am also just back in the game again. My last transmit was back in the late 80’s, sure a few thing have changed since then. I was still on my Commodore C-64 at that time Quite exciting to be back into CB, lots to learn again. I am also keen hunting together with my best buddy gun-dog. Anyway have fun on the old 11m band!
