My name is Bill. I am an old CB operator of the AM side of 11 meters. Recently, I’ve become engaged in both returning to CB with my interest in SSN and I hold a General Class Amateur radio license.
I reside in the Anthracite Region of Pennsylvania’s coal operations in Mahanoy City.
I become reunited with all things radio as a hobby, but also due to being an Emergency Responder. In the event of a loss of emergency comms via cellular comms (P25), my squad and I will have access to communicate with our regional 911 center and beyond.
Having 11 meter sideband only enhances my ability to help others if the need would arise.
