Welcome back to Charlie Tango.
Call signs once issued are always valid whether in use or not, I've just checked the old call sign lists and sure enough you're still there.
Everyone had to re-register for this site a couple of years back anyway so everything should be good.
Our guy in charge of call sign allocation, Gary, should sort you out and update the database when he next logs on so just keep an eye on this posting for when he confirms.
