Hello Everyone, My name is Mike, looking to come back to the world of DX after a long period of in action. My station went off the air in 80's after the air waves seems to become bswapped with all sorts of people who seemed to have no respect for each other. I also remember alot of bas language and people keying up over others to disrupt the lines of communication. I am hoping things might be better this time around and President is my radio of choice. I am also an intermediate ham radio license holder and hold an interest in both sides of the hobby. I am ooking forward to getting a new CT call sign and I would like MJ02 if it's available? Anyway, it's 73'd for now folks, all the very best Mike.

Hi Mike,
Welcome to Charlie Tango.
I've moved your request to a posting of its own as unfortunately you had tagged onto someone else's request and I want to make sure you aren't missed for call sign allocation.
Great to hear a little about you and I hope your venture back into CB radio is a good one.
If you can just ensure your profile details are completed this will make it easier for admin responsible to allocate you a call sign which usually occurs most days.
All the best, Victor

Hi, My name is Mike I am returning to radio after many years of inactivity. I was active in the 80' with CB and Ameture Radio. The world of radio has become digital and their are many different types of sets to choose from and I am spoilt for choice. I am considering a ham radio like Yeasu or Icom but I also like the look of the SSB 10 metre radios. Any advice is welcome as it's a mine field out there. All the very best to the CT group members. 73 Mike
