CRT ss6900n 10 meters

Looking for a way to convert my CRT ss6900 to the 10 meter only version, any help much appreciated

Hi Vince,

There are two ways of doing this.

A, reprogram the bands to 10 meters only using the programming software and the compatible cable.

B, There is a combination of buttons to press on reset that you can chose to put it in 10 or 11 meter mode. Unfortunately I can't remember the combination. There's plenty on the internet and it's in the instruction manual if you have it.

I've always choose to reprogram because it gives you the flexibility to organise the band exactly how you like it.

I have tried the func and swr method, but the radio goes straight to rend....odd that

In the Manual that Alan posted the url to it states FUNC and SCAN keys not swr. 

Not sure but when you get in that mode you might have to scroll through the menu to the reset.
