If you're able to scavenge a bit of wire you should be able to quite easily. For a frame of the same sort of shape as a boomerang you could use PVC piping and and a bend like I used in my V project (see here) for £3 tops if you look around. Add another £1 if you want to fit an SO239 to connect your coax nicely.
