Hi Victor - Im a Newbie to becoming a CB radio owner and Hope to become a Ham as my father was many years ago. I have updated my profile as requested with my location in West Malling kent and am looking to purchase my first rig through Knights Radio this week. Would be good to get an application for a call sign early. Appreciate your help - Thanks John

No worries, your forum profile is looking all ready to go for call sign allocation now.

I'd like to wish you the very best with your ventures in the radio interest especially as your Father was a Ham and must have been a great influence. Many members here have either started anew or refreshed their CB interests as well as some gaining their Ham licence, (myself included).

Thanks Victor - I still remember my old Dads call sign G8FKU and spent hours sitting with him in the Shed as he spoke with people all around the World. Please advise on next step for Call Sign request. Thanks
