Hello from north Wales I live just out of Llangollen! just started back after 40 years" it's not the same as it was back in my day lol mostly white noise but I'm figuring it out,more actively on side bands it seems..

Hi Bryan,
Most of the activity today will be found on and around 27555 MHz usb. When propagation is good you should hear stations from all over the EU and beyond. Local contacts can vary greatly from area to area depending on how many ops are active. Going mobile to high ground can always be considered advantageous.
