Is it possible to renew my old callsign, after being away in the wilderness for a while? I used to be 108 CT 226.

Welcome back.
All call signs are valid for life so no worries there.
It looks like you were issued your call sign on the old (now defunct) forum but I've sorted out the database to reflect your membership here on the newer forum.
