How do you get a DX sign as my call sign is sorry about the large text but cannot find how the reduce it.

I am not sure what you mean by a dx sign. The call-sign that you already have is what you would use for dx purposes as well as 'chit chat.'
You cannot use it for Ham Radio, but it is what you would use for dxing on 11m freeband/cb and pmr. Your call-sign (26CT3625) tells other radio operators which; country you are in, the group you belong to and your personal group number.
26 (your country), CT ( the Charlie Tango radio group), 3625 (your divisional group number).
