Subject: 3/8 studding required Sat Mar 11, 2023 5:24 pm
Hi Guys.
Just wondering if anybody has a length of 3/8" x 24 thread studding, about 4 to 5cm long. I want to convert my 7" Firestik (female thread) to a normal male thread ?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply Alan, tried buying some 3/8" bolts but the tpi (teeth per inch) was wrong and wouldn't screw in.

Hi David
Can I ask what you mean by changing your Firestik from a female thread to a male thread?
As I believe the Firestik has a 3/8" stud at the bottom which screws into most mounts.
