Hi 
I’ve been using cb’s on and off for 25 plus years and I’ve recently obtained a SSB radio (PG Grant 2) and going to be taking my first step into the 11 meter band mobile.

It’s all seem a little daunting for me at the moment as theres a lot to learn and I don’t know anyone personally who can walk me through it all, however I’m sure it’s going to be an exciting new experience Very Happy

Hi Scott,

Welcome to Charlie Tango.

I'm sure you'll pick up the ropes with your SSB radio adventures and although we don't always have someone personally to hand offering guidance there's places like this here Charlie Tango with enthusiastic as well as helpful members. So if you have any questions fire away on the forum as I'm sure there'll be many willing to assist.

With that, a recognisable call sign usually comes in handy especially for any SSB DX opportunities...
