hi i have a dynascan p-72 2/70cms dual band transceiver can i plug in on the side when removing the cover can i plug in a extension speaker in the 3,5 mm mono jack plug without a 2,5mm plug unit thanks for looking paul m0kbd

Hi Paul,
A quick look at the user manual shows that there is a menu setting where you can select the audio functions. I would think that plugging in a speaker to the 3.5mm jack and selecting the right menu function should work.
