Is there any way to have the proper full UK 40 on one of these. So far it's a bit problematic and yes, I know it's not type approved etc, but maybe someone has a usb flash or an update for this issue?

I don't think there is one currently. Never was for the older model 1 either, but it would be smashing if it was available some day.

Simple answer is no. You have to set them manually.

I'm sure eventually, if not already, someone will have some sort of flash for it, so It can do the 11mts 27/81 bang on. It's a shame it can't, as it's a very capable unit otherwise

Had mine some years now also have the original one as well in it's box. Can't see a fix coming after all this time normally it comes out within months of the radio release.
