Hi my name is Paul. I,m new to the world of radio. I have a thunderpole 800 cb and a Quansheng handheld. I,ve got involved with the Monday night pmr net on ashdown forest. I,m a regular user of the cb here in sussex and in Norfolk. Please may I request a Ct call sign to have on my travels. Many thanks in advance.

Welcome aboard Paul. I also log into the Monday PMR net chaired from Ashdown Forest, but doubt we will reach each other from a handy. It's a shame your CB doesn't have SSB as Ray (2290) also runs a net on Ch 39 lsb (27.395MHz) Thursday's from the forest where you would certainly get a lot more contacts.
