Call sign request (Issued)

hello my name is chris from stevenage i bought a maxcom super 4 e [along with a 15 foot wire] for a laugh from e bay,i always assumed that cb radio was full of yorkie munching people shouting at each other,boy i was wrong,so far through what i now know is the miracle of skip i have a guy from turin and another from venice talking to some jocks,something called the super bowl from the states and even some mexicans chatting on channel 9 [which i understand is a no no?]i was advised that to get a callsign to chat back i could either just make one up [ i did use my initials' CM and the last 4 from my reg number in the army] but i want to it properly therefore i would like to request a callsign  regards
