call sign request

Good evening,
              I ,like most other members  I have no doubt were avid users of  CB radio  back in the eighties and nineties
along with my son and had a lot of enjoyment of what was then a very popular activity.
     I am now in my late sixties and semi retired and have rekindled my interest in the hobby now that I have more time to indulge in more of what interests me    
       CB radios have obviously come along way since their introduction in those earlier days and still appear to have a huge and growing following which is good to see,
     I do not claim to have a great deal of knowledge about all the technical aspects of the subject but watching many of the you tube videos that are available I am beginning to get a "handle" on things thanks to people like Fred in the shed and others.
     So, I am hoping and would be very appreciative  that being issued a Charlie Tango call sign  will give me more confidence in getting back on air and making more contacts that I have been getting during recent attempts.
