AT5555 will not allow selection of 11-10m change

Hi,

Having factory reset my AT5555 to 11M coverage using the fun/scn button press, I now find that when using the fun/emg button press it will not allow me to select 10m.. Any ideas before I purchase a programming cable..

To change from CB to 10M or 10M to CB is easy: buttons

With the radio OFF press and hold the [FUNC] and [EMG S/RF] buttons (ringed right) and switch the radio ON.

Release the [FUNC] and [EMG S/RF] buttons, the radio should display either:
display (10M)
or:
display (CB).

Rotate the CHANNEL SELECTOR to select the required band.

When the desired band is shown on display, press and hold the [FUNC] button. The display will show:
display
KEEP THE [FUNC] BUTTON PRESSED! After a short while the display will change to:
display

Release the [FUNC] button.

My radio will not change bands using this function.. I have had to buy a programming cable.. Thanks for the reply tho
