Hi,
I have a SS9900 radio.
When I switch on and call out all I am getting is "DC LOW"
I have tested the 13.8v 20A psu, that's ok.
To confirm this I took the radio out to my car and plugged it in
with the same result. I re-flashed the radio with the original
software it came with 16 months ago. Same problem?

Anyone any ideas what the problem is?

Hopeful

Try the programming software. I think you can set an upper and lower voltage.

Thanks for the reply, have tried that = 14v > 11v?

I have just adjusted the voltage settings now 14v > 9v

When I key the mic now all I get is a black screen, when I release the key I get a beep.

Beeps and roger beeps have been turned off.

I am beginning to wonder if the TIP36C PNP Power Transistor or the 4 13N10 finals have gone? Suspect
