Intro and call sign request please. (Issued)

I was an avid CB'er in the early 80's and wow, doesn't time fly! I remember staying up till the early hours almost every night chatting with new-found friends (Still stay in contact with a couple of them to this day albeit via text).

Going to club meets was fun, and helping fellow breakers and newbies with their 'Rigs n Twigs' was a harmless and satisfying past-time. Not sure whether anyone would invite a convoy of strangers wielding screwdrivers and soldering irons into their homes these days though

Anyway, I wonder how much CB action there is out there now, but the recent lockdown has inspired me to look into it further and maybe even rekindle the fire. Who knows.

A big thanks to the Charlie Tango DX founders for keeping the spirit alive and I look forward to receiving my call sign.
