Subject: Returning after 25 years of exile call sign request (Issued) Tue Nov 03, 2020 6:56 pm
Hello, I am returning to CB after 25years, my last experience of this great hobby was as a teenager. I recently acquired a TCB-771 for free, so thought I would give it ago again with a view of progressing onto a DX system. I was directed here by mate who suggested I request a call sign. I was also advised I would be able to get sound friendly advice from the forum.

Welcome to Charlie Tango DX.
Just a heads up so that you get your callsign easily, if you can fill in your profile to include your name, your country and your QTH as your nearest town or city that'll sure help out. It's just that they are a requirement for callsign allocation.
There are indeed many friendly and helpful members on Charlie Tango and I hope you gain all the advice or information you need. Enjoy the forum and most importantly, enjoy your radio
