5/8 wave And get it up as high as possible and safeley and without upsetting anyone ie : neighbor's and the Mrs lol, joking apart the old saying is with antennas is hight is might and bigger is better

Makes no difference in the long run
Antron A99, Imax 2000, J-Pole, Gainmaster, Predator 10K, Vector 4000, couple of Stardusters all modelled at 36ft and not even 3dB or one S point between best and worst. Even if you threw in a simple 1/4 wave ground plane into that mix there'd be barely 1 S point. Buy whichever random internet stranger's claim of what defies physics and magically outperforms all others by miles or which company's marketbollox you believe the best. If you want a better antenna for DXing you need to get away from vertical monopole antennas and get yourself a beam at which point there are actual worthwhile differences between various options and not just in forward gain.
