I know you can use 10m & 12m also, some think that is still within the CB band but it isn't there are Amateur bands, all others should be mentioned in the Foundation course learning book

So the list....
RSGB 2020 Band Plans
2mm and down - but capped at 275GHz except for full who require a NoV probably because it can involve frickin lasers. 6mm 12mm 3cm 6cm 9cm 13cm 23cm 70cm 2m 6m 10m 12m 15m 17m 20m 30m 40m 80m 160m 136kHz
So as you can see someone with a Baoefeng handheld listening to the local repeater is missing out on a massive amount of the hobby.

Where i live you would get more on the Baofeng than the CRT6900n. Got my licence and now spoilt for choice lol.

If you go on the course the modules will still be there for you for some time after the course ends so you can go through them at your will whenever you have a bit of time. It's not like your are in a classroom you do it as and when.

You can also get an APP called "UK Amateur Radio Mock Tests".. I put it on my iPad and went through loads. It can be used for all 3 tests Foundation up to full.

Ask on here. There's a few full licence holders kicking about, myself included.
