Testing out some bands with a ldgt100 tuner noticed on 80 m, while its tuning it's turning a touch lamp, does that probably mean it could be causing issue next door neighbour

Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!! You're spewing RF all over the place!!!
Just kidding
'Touch' controls on most 'Chinesium' appliances are a little, touchy I have a touch control PC monitor in my shack and clipped on a choke to it's mains cable to stop it reacting to my radio. The bedroom TV would switch on when transmitting on 80m and again a clip on ferrite resolved that but this time attached to the aerial cable.
Is it my RF, or is it the penny pinching manufacturing processes of today?
Put it this way, my battery operated shaver can also switch on the TV and bring up the settings menu on my monitor!?! (Or at least they did until I clipped on the ferrites.)
But then again my neighbours LED security light wipes out 40 & 20m reception.....
.....try as I might I can't get that damn thing to switch on or off no matter how much I transmit!
