How well does the 20m long wire do on 11 meters

Do you mean a 20m length of wire or a wire antenna design for the 20m band ?
Either way both would perform poorly on 11m

I bought a Lw20 for 80meter through to 6 it says it does 3.5 to 52mhz

If it’s a random wire with a 9:1 and you have a tuner, it’ll be OK if the wire is vertical. If it’s an EFHW tuned for 80m (Which I doubt if the 20 in the name means 20m of wire) it will be resonant on 10m towards the top end of the band (Assuming no compensation coil) but will be miles off on 11m...though a decent tuner would bring it in.
Again though, unless you’re only chasing skip, you really want the radiating element vertical.
