Just joined the group and started back on the rig after about 30 years. Im in the Midlands around the Warwick area in the UK using a Icom 7000 and Antron A99 antenna looking forward into get back on the air.

Thanks Victor, Looking forward to being back on the air, just got myself a Icom 7000 yesterday so having a listen around but dis start of with the Superstar 6900N.
Used to be on in the late 70s early 80s using Tristar 747 and a couple of the old FM legal rigs went by the handle of The Builder.

Nice rig, the Icom. Used to have an old Tristar myself 'back in the day' too.
If you want a Charlie Tango callsign number all you have to do is ask, they cost not one penny. (Nice to give thanks to our Mr Gary Wilson if he issues you one, he does a stellar job )

Hi again Colin,
Now that this posting has popped back to the fore with your request it should be handled by admin responsible for call signs. I'll drop a message to him to ensure that your request isn't missed but do bare in mind that applications are handled on a voluntary basis so it might not happen immediately. (Our Gary does a grand job of handling call signs and will deal with this as soon as he next logs on and is able.)
Oh, make sure you pop your first name and country into your profile as this is a requirement for call signs. If you get stuck just give us a shout.
