Virtual club Essex Ham is running a survey into the current UK exam system. Have you had your say yet? Do you agree with the current 3-tier licence system? Are multi-choice exams the way to go? Do we need practicals at clubs? What do you think of RSGB's Direct-to-Full proposal?
