Hi Rich. I believe I have the latest one. If you want to compare, on page 'ii' it shows:
First Printed 2019 Reprinted 2019, 2020 (twice) and 2021
It has the same front cover as the one for sale on the RSGB website.

Just started on the current course and well impressed. Hopefully very soon to get a callsign, after many years of putting it off due to hating classrooms, been in to many at school and in the forces. Online the way to go and hopefully get more Hams out there. Just wish the equipment was a bit cheaper me being a tight Yorkshire man

I had to go to a Welsh College to do the City & Guilds RAE back in the day, and spent weeks in lectures and experimenting, including building a Morse Generator, since the next job after getting the M1 B Licence, was to get onto HF, and that meant learning Morse Code, I mastered 12wpm, but thought hold on M5 calls are rare, and they will stop issuing these, so passed 12wpm and asked for a 5wpm callsign, and have never used Morse since. Except using software at 20wpm, and the guy at the other end said my Morse was flawless as a 5wpm callsign, ha.
In 2001 either the Radiocommunications Agency or Ofcom, I forget which, informed me that all M5 calls were now A Class Licensees entitled to 400W (previously 100W), and asked me if I wanted to change to an M0 call, I obviously declined, since only 300 odd M5 calls were ever issued, and my call was more sought after than G2XX calls, even more so now as people have become silent keys.

Good luck, keep at it, and you'll make it. Very rewarding when you do. There is a lot of expensive kit out there, but you don't need to pay an arm or leg to enjoy yourself. I see you've got a 6900n, so you've got starter radio already.. whilst the 10m openings are patchy at present they are great fun when they do happen.

Congratulations on the pass Dan. First thing i did when i passed was to buy the intermediate book to study. 28 months it has sat on the shelf still unopened lol. I am happy with my 10w and worked the world but that's just me. Don't read well due to being dyslexic so don't need the headaches and as i said very happy with what i have.

Cheers Derek, set my sights reasonably high FT-991A or IC7300 however, QRM is already heavily affecting DX ing 10/11m so I’m a little hesitant
