SIRIO SD 27 DIPOLE Antenna . A forgotten Hero , wel it is in my mind . Im using 2 of these antennas at the moment horizontally . One in the loft for my Sdr Play and one outside on my telescopic pole for 10 and 11 meter band use. Basically its just an 18 foot dipole made by Sirio but always seems to outperform some vertical antennas ive had . Horizontally it is a tad directional but its not that much of a problem . just wondering if anyone else has used one for 11M Band SSB .

i have 1, using it vertical for a few months now, on top of 7 meters. i`m really happy with the working of it. last 2 days worked lots of europe stations with it and got most 5-9 back. working with a Kenwood ts-570DG. without the tuner its receiving also some 20 and 40 meters, and it tunes a bit on 80 even. its not as good as my 1:49 with wire on the amateur bands, but for 10/11 its a more than average piece of aluminium.
