Call Sign Request (Action Required)

Hi
My name is Jennie and I’m from Sandown, Isle of Wight.
I’m 38 years old and never used CB but a friend of mine who is registered on this site introduced me to CB radio and I’m very interested and keen to get on the air.
Would like a call sign has I’ve been watching Fred in the Shed and he says a call sign is the way to go and recommended this site.
I’ve created a Profile with email address- vacherjennie@gmail.com.

The equipment I’ll be using is my friends who is 26CT4266.

Hope you have all the information required to set me up with a call sign.

You have filled-in your profile with your name as Warren. Is that an error? Gary will need to know to beable to issue you with a call-sign.

Not sure what’s going on now to be honest but definitely not Warren as Username.
I’ve got a Profile myself and call sign which is Chicken Leader and 26CT4266.
What I think might have happened is my details might have be left on the page used to set up Jennies Profile and that why Warren was used as Profile.
Apart from that I don’t know.
Her name is Jennie Vacher and email address used was vacherjennie@gmail.com
If you could use the Username vacherjennie that be good.

Another problem now, she set up a Profile but she not sure what username and even the password she thought was right don’t work now.
Could you rectify this or even delete this account so she can start again.

Sorry but all seems a mess.
As you can see I’m sending this from my Profile.

Anyway  I hope you can help and resolve this so she can get up and running with a call sign as she’s very keen to use CB with a call sign and it makes it feel better with a call sign

Hello Warren,

I have deleted the account that was set up. 

Please ask Jennie to start a new account in her name and post a request for a call sign in the new members section.
