There are a few requirements for a call sign to be issued as explained in the instructions for the 'New Member' section.
These are your Name, Country and QTH being the town or city you live in or near to.
If you can fill in these details on your 'profile' then Admin responsible will be able to issue you a call sign without further delay. (You can click on the 'Profile' button or link when you are logged in to fill in those details.)
