Hello Charlie Tango
My name is John Patrick I live in Brighton ,East Sussex. My old handle was Jaguar I used to be on CB back in the day from 1983 onwards. The last couple of years I have been short wave listening , SDR uno etc. Building a couple home brew antennas. I was hearing more and more people on air in the 11m band . so I would like to re kindle an old hobby. I have collected some old and new gear now so the call sign would make it happen again. I have got into PMR as well with the trusted Boafeng UV5R and a GT-3TP . Hope this helps. Any more info please let me know .
Regards John

Hello John, pretty sure you made contact with us on Thursday evening for Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells chit chat on channel 31 , great to hear you out there on the beacon, i had a good signal from you considering the distance, your audio just needs a bit of a lift for my ears. If you can find someone to increase the deviation on your Mckinley you`ll do great.
all the best John TW
