CB country codes are regularly maintained (and believed to have originated) with the Alfa Tango group in Italy.

I don't think that list is up to date, 46 division is East Germany and I'm fairly confident that it has merged with 13 division Germany (happy to be corrected if I'm wrong)

Sorry, should of said scroll down to the bottom of the thread via the link for the most up to date list, that one shows E Germany as deleted. But yes, AT site best place for most up to date list.
