Hi Alan. I posted that video a long while back and was just looking for it but to no avail. It seems very hard/impossible to track old posts on the forum.Â
Coupled with the lack of notifications of posts I'm wondering if this hampers traffic on the forum and new threads that go unnoticed.
I think I did mention this when I first joined but I won't be able to find the post now
Not a criticism merely an observation.

Nige I just came across it this morning not seen it before and thought i would post it. Not used that type for many years but some still use them and thought it was a good idea knowing of a simple way to test them.

Nige,
If you click on your name to the left of your posting (i.e. Sharpshooter) and then click on the 'Statistics' section you can see the number of posts you have made and then also click on 'Posts' to see a list of posts you have made.
Much simpler is to click the 'View your posts' option to the top right of the main web page.
You can also click on the 'View posts since last visit' and see if any posts have been made since you last logged on.
Also within your forum profile (click the 'Profile' button at the top of the site) you can specify notifications by email in the 'Notifications' section and click whichever events you want to be notified of.
The 'Search' button facility is a bit specific and unless you know what your looking for you might either spring no results or loads(!)
Much harder and slower to do on a phone or Android tablet/mobile device which is why I wait until I'm on the laptop to get any admin done.
Always good to see useful information posted many times rather than not at all.
All the best, Victor
