Yes they are good but no moor than 30 watts into it .the only thing I Do not like is the LEDs are a bit dull but other than that good you will need Thick cable andi use a 60 amp psu.

Thanks Dave ..I have seen a ,60amp PSU to get already and seen cable on eBay to get I haven't bought yet still considering as I have seen a sommerkamp slb 300 for sale ... One or the other have to decide.. Thanks lee

I got the 703 today it turned up.. I put it on my 30amp supply at moment can't run it above 200watts .. Going to order power supply tomorrow, seen a jetfon 60amp PSU for a bout £150 ...anyone use one of these ??

The amplifier is a decent one, make sure you use a good quality coax,i would suggest using LMR 400 and in 3 foot increments (30 feet,36 feet 60 feet, 120 feet, you get the idea) to stay within the correct wave lengths.

Hi Dave All set up now with the bigger power supply... It's alot bigger in size compared to my. Kl03 ,the biggest piece of CB equipment I own lol... It does get out well though glad I bought it.. Think I could have got away with a 50amp power supply as it only draws 48 amp at full power Overall I'm pleased with it.. Havent been using it the last few days as I have been banished to the shed with my radio equipment and it's really hot in there with this weather .... All the best
