Swedish Repeater on Ch20 Mid

Hi All,
    Well that was fun!!!
Hearing the Swedish Repeater on Ch20 and putting out a few calls.
The delay on that thing is quite funny, hearing ones voice come back more than a few seconds later!!
I'm still testing and tweaking my Delta Loop antenna but this proves I'm getting into Sweden when conditions are right.

CB might not be quite the same and as busy as it was back in the day, but there's definitely some new fun aspects to it like, legalities asides, repeaters like these.

It's great your loop is getting you some more action. There's a few posts about repeaters on this forum if you delve around, including a few frequencies listed by others to listen out for, and a vid of my first encounter of one. Let us know if you break into any others

     Yep the loop seems to be doing the business now thankfully.
I'll take a look for those posts about repeaters. They are a lot of fun because a bit like an online SDR in another country it allows one to check if they're being heard at all in that far off land!

EDIt if your transmitter does not support DTMF tone just open the mic & playback from your cell phone

Just little while ago, 7whiskies, sirio booomerang, propagation allowed me to reach this time 21KM10 central Sweden, with voice & dtmf tone 53 send from a cell phone ... the dtmf attempt is exactly as above video by the creator ... thanks 21KM10 for the fun

I have had a German repeater on FM, 27.285 for 2 weeks now during the weekend's,

yesterday weather allowed me again to reach about 2500km with low watts & boomerang but now with dtmf 51

Last days also reached some repeaters at ch4 & 11 EU40 Band

Today was trying to activate the Swedish repeater (again) & 21KM10 was at home...he understood me after trying past days so many times ... so replied from a second station but because i was hearing his voice twice (after few seconds delay plus QRM) at the channel 20, he did turn off the repeater with the effects for about 10min while we was on chat...

Aν έχεις android νομίζω στο google play υπάρχει τοsimply dtmf tone generator
ή
από τον παρακάτω σύνδεσμο ηχογράφησε τους τόνους σε pc και μετά πέρασμα στο κινητό ... ή αν το κινητο ηχογραφεί θα μείνουν κατευθείαν στην μνήμη (δες το video μου τι απόσταση να βάλεις τους τόνους μέχρι 5 δευτερολέπτα ηχογράφηση γιατί αν πετύχεις τον αναμεταδότη θα ξεκινήσει το εφέ αμέσως μετά τον δεύτερο τόνο)

πάτα το PTT > πάτα τον τόνο 51-56 από το κινητό > αμέσως κλέισε το PTT μικρόφωνο, αν πέρασες στον αναμεταδότη θα παίξει αμέσως το εφέ

αν υπάρχει πρόβλημα θα τα ανεβάσω κάπου γιά εσένα

Σιγουρα θα τον πετύχεις κάποια στιγμή αλλά στην ππεριοχή μου τις τελευταιες 3-4 μέρες δεν έχω διάδοση από εκει

If you have an android, I think in google play there is the "simply dtmf tone generator" ...or from the following link below record the tones on a pc and then transfer to the mobile ... or if the mobile records direct they will stay directly in the memory (see my video how far to put the tones to 5 seconds recording because if you hit the transponder the effect will start right after the second tone)

press PTT > then press tone 51-56 immediately from moblie > close the PTT microphone ... if passed to repeater it will play the effect immediately

You will definitely get the repeater at some point but in my area for the last 3-4 days I have no propagation from there
